"I'm happy I don't have to rehab again," he told the Chicago Sun-Times Saturday. "I just had to refresh some stuff from spring training, got the rust off. I feel great, ready to go Tuesday and can't wait."
Garza has not pitched in a major-league game since July 28, when he was shut down with a stress reaction in his right elbow. He admitted to being a bit worried when he first took the mound in Double-A Tennessee, his first competitive action in eight months.
"The only time I was nervous was when I made my first rehab in Tennessee," he said. "The first couple pitches I was a little worried, but then it was fine. Ever since then, there's been no doubt in my mind."
Garza threw six strong innings in his last rehab start, and he needed just 75 pitches to do so. The team expects him to be ready for a full workload quickly.

Burnett gave up three runs on three hits and two walks over 1/3 of an inning behind Jason Hammel Friday in a 12-10 loss to the Rays. Burnett struck out one and heads to the minors with a 3.79 ERA.
Burnett will be available for the Tides Sunday in Durham.

Batting seventh, Johnson went 3 for 5 with his sixth home run. He went deep off Jason Hammel for a three-run blast in the third inning. He added a RBI single in the fifth and also doubled in the game as he fell just a triple shy of the cycle.
Johnson has gone 21 for 59 (.356) over his last 15 games with 10 runs scored, four doubles, three homers and 17 RBI.

Kipnis hit his seventh home run in the game. He went deep for a three-run blast in the 10th inning to win the game for the Tribe.
Kipnis' heroics Friday only added to the incredible May he's having. He's raised his average from .189 to .244 during the month as he's gone 18 for 61 (.295) with five doubles, six homers and 19 RBI.

The veteran slugger has been ridiculously hot in May, however, and he kept that up on Friday in Cleveland. Ibanez went 3 for 5 in the game with his seventh home run.
He went deep in the sixth inning for a two-run blast. The two RBI gives him 19 on the year.
Ibanez has gone 11 for 28 (.393) in May with a double, triple, five homers and 14 RBI.
