With the Phillies offense struggling, Sanabia improved to 3-6 on the year with a 4.56 ERA. He allowed one run on seven hits and a walk over 6 1/3 innings.
The only mistake Sanabia made was allowing a solo homer to Domonic Brown in the second inning. He struck out three.
The 24-year-old had lost five straight starts before earning his third win Monday. He'll look to start a winning streak when he next takes the mound Sunday during an interleague series in Chicago.

Hamels hasn't thrown a single pitch with his team holding a lead since April 7. That is a span of 52 innings. It was the case once again Monday as he dropped to 1-7 on the year with a 4.45 ERA.
Hamels allowed just two earned runs on seven hits and no walks over six innings with 10 strikeouts. He threw 89 pitches.
The 29-year-old has lost four straight starts but has allowed two runs in three of those outings. In fact, Hamels has allowed two or fewer runs in six of his 10 starts. His next outing comes Sunday at Washington.

Johnson blew his third straight save as he allowed a game-tying home run to Travis Hafner with one out and nobody on base. The game went into extra innings.
Johnson gave up a run on two hits with a strikeout in the inning. He threw 23 pitches and his ERA is now at 4.22. He blew only three saves all of last year.
Johnson has given up eight runs on nine hits -- two homers -- over his last three appearances spanning 2 1/3 innings with two losses and three blown saves. Just Sunday, manager Buck Showalter backed Johnson as his closer.
Salvador Perez leaves with hip injury

Perez was injured after slamming into the post near the Houston dugout going after a pop foul in the fifth inning. He was replaced by George Kottaras.
Perez went 1 for 3 with a run scored before leaving and is batting .308 on the year.
CC Sabathia lucky to get no-decision

Sabathia gave up four runs on 11 scattered hits over 6 1/3 innings. He didn't walk a batter and struck out just two. He allowed a solo homer to Chris Davis. Sabathia's ERA is 3.43.
The New York ace has posted three consecutive no-decisions, though Monday was his worst statistical effort of that bunch. He's 4-3 on the year with 56 Ks over 65 2/3 innings. Sabathia makes his next start Saturday at Tampa Bay.

Victorino may have aggravated his back injury. He went out to his position in the inning following his single before he was removed.
Victorino was 1 for 3 before leaving and is batting .283. He will be considered day to day.

Kevin Correia not sharp in loss

It translated into a loss for Correia, who fell to .500 at 4-4 on the year. Correia gave up five earned runs on eight hits and a walk over just four innings without striking out a batter.
He gave up a three-run homer to Dan Uggla in the first inning and the Twins didn't back him with much offensive support. He threw 75 pitches and his ERA is at 3.90.
Correia has lost consecutive starts with eight runs allowed over 11 innings. He's given up at least three runs in four straight starts. His next start comes Saturday at Detroit.
Julio Teheran whirls gem against Twins

Teheran, who had not walked anyone since April 29 against Washington, threw a career-high 123 pitches and left after allowing his only run on a Josh Willingham solo homer in the ninth. He earned the win to improve to 3-1 on the year.
Fans were on their feet as Teheran came off the mound after 8 1/3 innings. He allowed just five hits and struck out four. His ERA is at 3.99. Teheran makes his next start Sunday in New York versus the Mets.
