Cliff Lee to rejoin Phillies' rotation July 21
by Michael Hurcomb | CBSSports.com
(12:03 pm ET) Phillies starting pitcher Cliff Lee (elbow) will rejoin the rotation July 21 vs. San Francisco, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. Lee is expected to make his final rehab start for Class A Clearwater Monday.

Derek Holland's first rehab start scheduled for late July
by Jeff Borzello | College Basketball Writer
(12:02 pm ET) Rangers lefty Derek Holland will go to Arizona on Friday to continue his throwing program, then is tentatively scheduled to begin a rehab assignment July 28 with Double-A Frisco, reports the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. The paper said Holland's first start for Frisco would encompass two innings and about 35 pitches.

“That is the way we planned it right now,” pitching coach Mike Maddux said. “When you put stuff on paper, you’re conservative. If he accelerates it, that’s good. But we don’t want to do too much too soon and have a setback. There is a difference between throwing on the side and throwing in game conditions. You can’t simulate game conditions."

Holland has yet to pitch this season following offseason knee surgery.
