Winn calls it a career: Veteran outfielder Randy Winn announced that he will retire on Friday after 13 major league seasons. The 36-year-old Winn was granted his release by the Baltimore Orioles on Monday after signing a minor league deal with the club in early February. (Updated 04/01/2011)
