Richard ends year on high note: Padres SP Clayton Richard was dominant on Wednesday in a win over the Dodgers. Richard improved to 9-5 on the season as he gave up just one hit over seven shutout innings for the win. He walked three and struck out two. His ERA is at 4.08. Richard's season is officially over now.
