Miller cut by Phillies: MLB.com reports that the Phillies re-assigned 16 players to minor league camp on Friday. Among the players re-assigned were: right-handers Brian Bass, Eddie Bonine, Andrew Carpenter and Michael Schwimer; left-hander Ryan Feierabend; catcher Joel Naughton; infielders Tagg Bozied and Robb Quinlan; and outfielder Matt Miller. Fantasy Analysis
