The Marlins do not need a fifth starter until July 30, but Sampson could be deserving of a look. Conventional wisdom says Hand is the most likely option since he's already been up a few times and has pitched fairly well for the Fish. Still, Sampson is 6-0 with the Zephyrs over 12 starts.
