Fantasy Analysis
Elbert has managed to go at least one inning just once in four appearances. He's being mostly used as a situational lefty. How the mighty have fallen. Elbert was a 2004 first-round pick and projected starter in the majors. Unfortunately, injuries sidetracked him and now Elbert is working in the bullpen, and he's not even in a prominent role. Elbert doesn't have much Fantasy appeal. (Updated 04/16/2012).
