by Shawn Krest | CBSSports.com
(4/25/15) For the second straight game, Astros center fielder Jake Marisnick was not in the starting lineup on Saturday.

Marisnick is dealing with a leg injury. For the second straight day, he's replaced in center by Colby Rasmus.

The Astros are +105 money line underdogs at Oakland.

(4/21/15) Astros left fielder Colby Rasmus went 1 for 4 with a solo home run in his team's 7-5 win over the Mariners Monday.

Rasmus was just 0 for 8 in his last four games before picking up a home run in the fifth inning off Seattle starter Hisashi Iwakuma. He's hit just .200/.273/.500 with two home runs and three RBI in 30 at-bats.

Astros tweak lineup vs. LHP Derek Holland

by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(4/10/15) Astros manager A.J. Hinch chose to roll with Jonathan Villar at third base and Robbie Grossman in left field Friday night against left-hander Derek Holland and the Rangers, per MLB.com. Luis Valbuena and Colby Rasmus received a day off against the southpaw.

Hinch also flip-flopped struggling DH Evan Gattis and Chris Carter in the batting order. Gattis has started his stint with the Astros 0 for 11 with eighth strikeouts. He will hit fifth, while Carter will move to the cleanup spot.

Astros' Colby Rasmus getting acclimated to left field

by Brandon Wise | CBSSports.com
(3/24/15) Astros outfielder Colby Rasmus is used to seeing the ball from the center. This spring, Rasmus is moving back over to left field, where he last played six seasons ago. He still feels right in the position, reports MLB.com.

"I feel all right out there," Rasmus said. "I feel pretty comfortable. I'm kind of trying to take it easy and not try to, I guess, overdo it. I guess I'm playing a little cautious. It's still early, and I don't want to overdo it by trying to make things happen that aren't there. I'm trying to kind of learn it and take it slow, but I feel good so far."

Manager A.J. Hinch said he thinks Rasmus will see some time in center, but Jake Marisnick will be the primary starter.

"If that's what A.J. thinks will help us win, I'm fine with moving back and forth on days, or whatever he wants to do matchup-wise," Rasmus said. "I don't have a problem with it. When I get out there, I'm just going to play hard. We all make mistakes. My goal is if I do make mistakes, not dwell on it and get back out there and make the next one."
