| Wilkin Ramirez pinch-hits for Twins |

(4/20/13) Twins outfielder Wilkin Ramirez saw his first action since Tuesday against the White Sox Saturday. After getting hit in the back earlier in the week, he pinch-hit in the eighth inning and reached on a fielder's choice.
Ramirez is batting .308 (4 for 13) with two RBI through seven games.

(4/17/13) Twins outfielder Wilkin Ramirez is expected to be fine after getting hit in the upper back Tuesday with an errant pickoff throw, according to the Pioneer Press.
Ramirez said the throw hit him close to his neck and he had a headache, but doctors ruled out a concussion.
"I'll be fine," Ramirez said. "I came in here and felt kind of weird, but it's nothing to worry about."

(4/17/13) Twins outfielder Wilkin Ramirez was forced out of Tuesday's contest against the Angels with a back contusion.
Ramirez was hit in the back with a pickoff attempt in the fifth inning and was replaced by Eduardo Escobar. He finished 2 for 2 with a run scored and an RBI before getting hurt. He is listed as day to day with the injury.

(4/16/13) The Twins will activate outfielder Wilkin Ramirez off paternity leave on Tuesday. Oswaldo Arcia, who was called up for Monday's game against the White Sox, was sent back to Triple-A Rochester following the contest.
Ramirez is batting .200 after 10 at-bats with an RBI and four Ks.

(4/15/13) The Twins announced Monday outfielder Wilkin Ramirez was placed on a paternity leave and promoted outfield prospect Oswaldo Arcia from Triple-A Rochester to take Ramirez's roster spot. Ramirez is batting .200 (2 for 10) with one RBI and four strikeouts.
