Preseason Outlook

Masterson K's 12 in complete game loss: Cleveland SP Justin Masterson lost 1-0 on Wednesday night in the second game of a doubleheader. The loss was the only thing he didn't do well in the game. Masterson was pretty dominant as he allowed just four hits and one run in a complete game. He dropped the decision to fall to 4-10 on the year but he was pretty darn good. He walked two and struck out 12 batters. He threw just 109 pitches and his ERA lowers to 4.52.

Fantasy Analysis

Masterson has lost his last six decisions to end the season but you have to be encouraged by this last loss. It is definitely a good way to end the year on a positive note. He'll definitely be in line for a rotation spot with the Tribe next season and has sleeper potential to have a breakout year.
