Lamb lands in New York system: According to The Journal News, the Yankees have signed infielders Terry Tiffee and Mike Lamb to minor league deals. The signings were announced after New York's doubleheader with Cincinnati. Both will report to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. (Updated 06/22/2011)
