Weaver brought off DL: The Dodgers activated RP Jeff Weaver from the 15-day disabled list on Sunday. The 34-year-old had been out since Aug. 3 with tendinitis in his left knee. He took the roster spot of RP Travis Schlichting, who was placed on the DL with a shoulder injury. (Updated 08/22/2010)

Weaver had not been very effective prior to going on the DL, posting a 5.35 ERA in 37 innings, all in relief.
