(4/4/13) Free-agent reliever Francisco Cordero is scheduled to undergo surgery on his left (non-throwing) shoulder in April to fix an old injury, according to FOX Sports. Cordero should be recovered in time to play in winter ball and is aiming to return to the majors in 2014.
