Wheeler had another solid season in the back end of the Rays bullpen last year, especially with his 0.870 WHIP. That is a number of a shutdown closer, but Rays seem to prefer to keep this right-hander in a setup role. Consider Wheeler a viable reliever in deeper formats that use true middle men at this point.
