Wheeler signs with Indians: The Indians signed RP Dan Wheeler to a minor league deal with a spring training invite on Thursday, according to CBSSports.com Senior Baseball Writer Danny Knobler. Wheeler compiled a 4.38 ERA in 47 games with the Red Sox last season, though his season ended early due to forearm issues. (Updated 01/26/2012)
