Roemer could get nod Saturday: The Diamondbacks still have not tabbed a starter for Saturday and the Arizona Republic speculates that one candidate could be Wes Roemer. Roemer, pitching with Double-A Mobile, has gone 3-0 with a 2.39 ERA in eight starts in the Southern League. He's struck out 43 over 52 2/3 innings. (Updated 05/18/2011)
