Richmond stays with Jays: Toronto SP Scott Richmond cleared waivers Friday and will remain with the Blue Jays organization in Triple-A Las Vegas. Richmond was designated for assignment earlier this week after the 31-year-old went 5-8 with a 6.80 ERA in 18 starts this season for Las Vegas. (Updated 07/23/2011)
