(4/22/13) Desperately in need of pitching depth following a rash of injuries, the Dodgers signed pitcher Anthony Ortega to a minor-league contract Sunday. Ortega, 27, has now appeared in the majors since 2009 when he made three starts for the Angels, posting a 9.24 ERA over 12 2/3 innings.
