(6/11/13) White Sox reliever Leyson Septimo has been activated from the disabled list, and has been optioned to Triple-A.
Septimo has been sidelined with shoulder soreness all season. His first rehab assignment was cut short after some arm soreness, but is ready to return. He was optioned to Triple-A Charlotte, and has not pitched in the majors this season.

(5/30/13) White Sox reliever Leyson Septimo will resume his Triple-A rehab assignment Thursday for Charlotte, a month after having it shut down after just one-third of an inning. Septimo is on the 60-day disabled list recovering from a strained left shoulder suffered in spring training.

(4/29/13) The White Sox transferred pitcher Leyson Septimo to the 60-day disabled list Monday, MLB.com reports.
Out all year with a left shoulder strain, Septimo began a rehab assignment recently. He will not be eligible to return until May 22.

(4/26/13) White Sox relief pitcher Leyson Septimo has been assigned to Triple-A Charlotte to begin his rehab assignment, MLB.com reports. He posted a 1.31 ERA in 34 1/3 innings with Charlotte in 2012 while striking out 43 batters.
Out of options, Septimo will have to be put on the 25-man roster or exposed to waivers once his rehab assignment is over.

(3/26/13) The White Sox placed relief pitcher Leyson Septimo on the 15-day disabled list Tuesday with a left shoulder strain. The move was retroactive to Friday. Septimo did not pitch in a Cactus League game after March 7 and finished with a 3.86 spring ERA.

MLB.com reports Friday that White Sox reliever Leyson Septimo will be held out until Monday due to arm soreness. Septimo, who was forced out of Thursday's Cactus League contest, is expected to play catch at some point next week.
