(3/29/13) Yankees reliever Shawn Kelley will break camp with the team, according to WFAN radio in New York. Kelley, who earned a spot in the bullpen, has posted a 5.63 ERA and a 1.38 WHIP in eight spring training appearances.

(2/7/13) The Mariners announced Thursday that they have designated relief pitcher Shawn Kelley for assignment to make room on the 40-man roster. Kelley, who signed a one-year deal last week to avoid an arbitration hearing, went 2-4 with a 3.25 ERA in 47 appearances in 2012 for the Mariners.

Angels send Yankees to fifth straight defeat
Erick Aybar homered and drove in two runs, and Albert Pujols added two more RBIs in the Los Angeles Angels' 6-2 victory over the Yankees on Saturday night that sent New York to its fifth straight defeat.
