Fantasy Analysis
The Rays probably made the right move by keeping Torres stretched out as a starter. He wasn't really considered a rotation candidate this spring and was pretty much vying for a spot in the bullpen. But Torres still has potential as a starter, so he will continue to hone his craft in the minors. He remains just a low-end, long-term Fantasy keeper. (Updated 03/12/2012).
