Emaus returns to Mets: The Mets added second baseman Brad Emaus on a minor-league contract on Wednesday, three months after he was waived by the Red Sox. Emaus began the 2011 season as the Mets' opening-day starter at second base after being a Rule 5 pick, though he lasted just 14 games with the team. (Updated 04/25/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
Emaus hit .313 last season in Triple-A with the Rockies, and will now go to the Mets Triple-A affiliate. He may be able to work his way back into the fold at the major-league level, as the Mets clearly like him, however, he is not worth watching in Fantasy leagues right now. (Updated 04/25/2012).
