(4/25/12) The Mets added second baseman Brad Emaus on a minor-league contract on Wednesday, three months after he was waived by the Red Sox. Emaus began the 2011 season as the Mets' opening-day starter at second base after being a Rule 5 pick, though he lasted just 14 games with the team.
