Fantasy Analysis
Gentry has gone 9 for 31 (.290) with five RBI so far this season. He sees some starts against lefties and is used as a defensive replacement late in games but definitely has some upside offensively. Keep an eye on his progress going forward but until the 28-year-old starts seeing everyday at-bats, continue to view Gentry as more of a low-end option in AL-only formats. (Updated 04/30/2012).
