Rangers sign righty Miller : According to MLB.com, Texas signed right-handed pitcher Justin Miller to a Triple-A contract on Friday. He'll join Round Rock on Monday. He appeared in six outings for Triple-A Tacoma this year, posting a 1.04 ERA. Seattle exercise an out clause on Miller on April 25. (Updated 04/29/2011)
