Stammen has been a starter for the Nationals in the past, but his only work in the majors this year came in two relief appearances in June. The Nationals have enough rotation depth now that they probably won't have to rely on Stammen for starts down the stretch. He's a low-upside pitcher, after all. You can ignore him in Fantasy.
