Locke posted a 6.48 ERA over his four starts this year for Pittsburgh. He put up a lackluster 5-to-10 strikeout-to-walk ratio over his 16 2/3 innings of action. He threw 64 pitches in his last outing as the Pirates kept him on a pitch limit. Locke is still adjusting to the majors and will have to fight for a roster spot in spring training.
