Fantasy Analysis
Kelly is considered one of the top prospects for the Padres so expect them to proceed with caution with the 22-year-old. He played at Double-A San Antonio last year and went 11-6 with a 3.98 ERA over 27 starts with 105 strikeouts in 142 1/3 innings so keep an eye on his progress going forward. Owners should continue to view Kelly as more of a long-term keeper prospect in Fantasy at this point. (Updated 05/01/2012).
