Runzler suffers setback : Manager Bruce Bochy told MLB.com on Tuesday that reliever Dan Runzler experienced a "mild setback" in his recovery from a strained left side. Runzler is expected to be examined by team orthopedist Ken Akizuki at some point next week. (Updated 05/02/2012)

Runzler was getting close to a starting a minor-league rehab assignment, but that be put on hold for now. Fantasy owners should keep an eye on his status moving forward to see when he will be able to return.
