| Andrew Taylor placed on disabled list |

(3/31/13) The Angels have placed pitcher Andrew Taylor on the disabled list. He was shut down with a torn labrum in his left shoulder on March 13.
Taylor posted a 4.27 ERA between Double-A and Triple-A in the Angels' system last season. It's unknown how long Taylor will be out, but he will likely be sent down to the minors upon his return.

(3/13/13) MLB.com reports an MRI on Angels reliever Andrew Taylor's left shoulder revealed a small tear in his labrum. He has been shut down indefinitely.
