| Castro building confidence |
| (2/27/13) White Sox prospect Simon Castro received the start in Wednesday's Cactus League game against the Rangers and had a solid showing. He surrendered just one hit over three shutout innings in the 8-4 win. The right-hander also struck out three and walked one. "This year he has that maturity, more command and that confidence from being another year into it," manager Robin Ventura said.
