Fantasy Analysis
Chiang batted .340 with 18 homers and 76 RBI in 88 games with Double-A Portland and will likely be assigned to the minors with his new team. The Taiwan native will have every opportunity to succeed in Seattle, based on their offensive woes, so keep an eye on his progress going forward. But since he probably won't make much of an impact this season, continue to view Chiang as more of a long-term prospect at this point. (Updated 07/31/2011).
