| Humberto Quintero racks up multiple RBI |
by Jeff Lippman | CBSSports.com (6/15/13) Phillies catcher Humberto Quintero picked up two RBI during a win in Colorado Friday night.
Quintero singled to right in the fourth inning to drive in a run. He added another RBI on a groundout in the sixth inning.
The backstop went 1 for 3 in the game with the two RBI. He has five RBI on the year and is batting .225.
With the hit and two RBI Friday, Quintero has gone just 2 for 13 (.154) in June over five games played with three RBI. He does have his lone HR this month.

by Michael Hurcomb | CBSSports.com (5/19/13) The Phillies announced catcher Humberto Quintero will leave Triple-A Lehigh Valley and meet the team in Miami Monday. He could be activated if Carlos Ruiz (hamstring) needs a stint on the disabled list.
Quintero is hitting .292 with two home runs and four RBI in eight games for Lehigh Valley.

by Bill Passonno | CBSSports.com (4/28/13) The Phillies designated catcher Humberto Quintero for assignment Sunday in order to clear a spot on the active roster for fellow catcher Carlos Ruiz, who returned from a 25-game suspension. Quintero started seven games in Ruiz's absence as he split time with Erik Kratz behind the plate and turned in a .250 average with just two RBI.

by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com (4/19/13) The Phillies' catching situation has been a big problem with Carlos Ruiz opening the season serving a suspension, but they got a rare contribution from Humberto Quintero Friday against the Cardinals.
Quintero went 2 for 3 and drove in his first two runs of the season. Quintero opened the game with an RBI double in the first inning that scored first baseman Kevin Frandsen, and then he added an RBI single in the third that also scored Frandsen. Quintero struck out once in the 8-2 win shortened to seven innings because of rain.
Quintero has appeared in five games, batting .286 with a .714 on-base plus slugging percentage in 14 at-bats.
