Rangers still looking at Gonzalez: According to ESPN.com, the Rangers are still interested in bringing reliever Mike Gonzalez back in 2012. The 33-year-old had his left knee scoped this offseason and the club requested his medical reports. The Yankees are among one of the other teams that have expressed interest in Gonzalez this offseason. (Updated 01/05/2012)

Texas acquired Gonzalez from Baltimore at the trade deadline last season. Gonzalez made eight appearances during the Rangers' run to the World Series and posted a 4.15 ERA. While he has expressed interest in returning with the Rangers, there is no guarantee he will be there in 2012.
