(5/9/13) Brewers pitcher Taylor Jungmann has been activated from the 7-day disabled list.
Jungmann is pitching at Class-A Huntsville, and had been dealing with a nerve injury in his hand. Jungmann was the club's first pick in the 2011 draft. In five starts this season, Jungmann has struggled, with a 7.89 ERA.

(5/3/13) Brewers pitching prospect Taylor Jungmann, who is on the minor-league disabled list, is dealing with a nerve issue that is affecting the finger tips on his right (pitching) hand, assistant general manager Gord Ash told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Ash said the team is hoping rest and treatment will solve the problem before it turns into a larger issue.
Jungmann, who is considered the team's No. 2 overall prospect, according to MLB.com, was 1-4 with a 7.89 ERA in five starts with Double-A Huntsville.

(7/23/12) Brewers pitching prospect Taylor Jungmann has won six of his last 10 starts for Class A Brevard County. The 2011 first-round pick (12th overall) has also allowed one or no earned runs in five of his last 10 starts. He is 8-5 with a 3.67 ERA and .266 opponents' batting average in 19 starts. He has struck out 66 batters, walked 30 and allowed four homers in 112 2/3 innings.
