(5/16/13) The Rangers recalled reliever Cory Burns from Triple-A Round Rock Thursday to take the roster spot of Alexi Ogando, who was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a biceps injury. Burns is 0-1 with a 1.38 ERA in 14 relief appearances (13 innings) for Round Rock.

(3/30/13) The Rangers sent relievers Cory Burns and Josh Lindblom to Triple-A Round Rock Saturday, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Burns had a 5.79 ERA and a 1.39 WHIP in 9 1/3 innings this spring.
