|(5/24/15) Diamondbacks pitcher Matt Stites will appear in an extended spring training game on Monday, according to FOX Sports Arizona.
Following that outing, Stites will report to Class A Visalia to begin a minor-league rehab assignment.
Stites is on the disabled list due to an elbow injury.
A year ago, Stites posted a 5.73 ERA with 26 strikeouts in 33 innings. He's yet to appear in a game for the Diamondbacks this season.

|(5/18/15) Diamondbacks pitcher Matt Stites tossed one scoreless inning on Monday in an extended spring training appearance, according to AZCentral.com.
Stites, who is currently on the 15-day DL with an elbow injury, allowed no hits and walked one of the four batters he faced. It was Stites' first action after throwing a simulated game last week.
Stites is yet to pitch this season after posting a 5.73 ERA with 26 strikeouts in 33 innings of work in 2014.

|(5/11/15) Diamondbacks pitchers Archie Bradley and Matt Stites both participated in a simulated game on Monday, the team announced.
Bradley has been recovering from a line drive he took to the face in April. Diamondbacks manager Chip Hale said that Bradley actually had a liner hit back to him in the simulate game and didn't flinch, according to MLB.com.
Bradley, who has been on the 15-day disabled list, came out of the simulated game fine and will start this Saturday.
"Obviously a little scary, but didn't flinch, got right back up there and overall threw the ball well," Bradley said of the comebacker. "Arm felt good, face felt well, and just overall ready to get going again."
Stites is recovering from an elbow injury and has been on the 15-day disabled list.

|(4/26/15) Diamondbacks pitcher Matt Stites will throw a bullpen session Tuesday, his first since being shut down with an elbow injury in spring training, the Arizona Republic reports.
Stites is on the 15-day disabled list and remains without a timetable for return. He posted a 5.37 ERA and 26:16 K:BB ratio in 33 innings in his first season with the Diamondbacks in 2014.
