(6/17/13) Blue Jays prospect Roberto Osuna returned to action following an elbow injury for Class A Lansing, MLB.com reports Monday.
Osuna had been out since early May and it was feared Tommy John may have been necessary.
He returned, however, and threw five shutout innings on June 9.

(5/9/13) Blue Jays general manager Alex Anthopoulos revealed that starting pitcher prospect Roberto Osuna has a ligament tear in his right elbow.
Osuna could be a candidate for Tommy John surgery, but the team will wait and see how his initial rehab stint goes before making a decision, which should come within a month, according to the National Post. The 18-year-old went 1-2 with a 3.63 ERA through five starts for Class A Lansing before getting hurt.

(5/9/13) Blue Jays starting pitcher prospect Roberto Osuna is in Florida to have his sore elbow checked by a team physician, according to the National Post. Osuna is considered the Blue Jays' second-best prospect by MLB.com.
Osuna is 1-2 with a 3.63 ERA and .179 opponents' batting average through five starts for Class A Lansing. He has 31 strikeouts to four walks issued in 22 1/3 innings.
