Tigers, White Sox postponed: What does it mean for starters?

|(6/27/15) The Tigers and White Sox game on Saturday was rained out with no makeup date announced as of yet.
Tigers starting pitcher Kyle Ryan (1-1) was in line for the start on Saturday. It would have been Ryan's fourth start of the season -- he's also made three appearances in relief. Through 23 2/3 innings this season, Ryan has a 4.56 ERA with 11 strikeouts and eight walks.
John Danks (3-8) was the White Sox starter for Saturday. Danks has lost four consecutive starts, a stretch where he's sporting a 6.85 ERA and has allowed five home runs.
Neither manager indicated how the rainout would affect their rotation.

|(6/24/15) Tigers pitcher Kyle Ryan will still start this Saturday even though he made a relief appearance on Wednesday, according to the Detroit Free Press.
"He's still starting Saturday," Tigers manager Brad Ausmus said.
Ryan also started Monday, though he only threw 12 pitches in 2/3 of an inning during Wedensday's relief appearance.

|(6/22/15) Tigers pitcher Kyle Ryan could not get out of the fourth inning during Monday's 8-5 win over the Indians and he received a no-decision for his effort.
Ryan allowed three runs on six hits over 3 2/3 innings of work. He did not strike out a batter and walked two during the outing. His ERA now stands at 3.91.
Ryan has not pitched at least four innings in three of his five starts this season. His next expected start is scheduled for Saturday against the White Sox.

|(6/16/15) Tigers pitcher Kyle Ryan suffered his first MLB loss, to Cincinnati on Tuesday. Ryan dropped to 1-1 on the season and 3-1 for his career.
Ryan gave up a career-high four runs in 6 1/3 innings. He allowed five hits and three home runs. Ryan walked one and matched a career high, set in his previous start, with four strikeouts.
Ryan's next start will be Sunday, at the Yankees.

|(6/12/15) Left-hander Kyle Ryan has been moved into the Tigers' rotation and will make a start Tuesday, replacing the recently demoted Shane Greene, manager Brad Ausmus said Friday, per MLive.com.
Ryan had his first start of the season last Friday and pitched well, allowing just two runs and three hits over seven innings in a no-decision. Overall, Ryan is 1-0 with a 2.08 ERA in three appearances this year.
