Balfour was dominant in 2008, striking out well more than a batter per inning with a 1.55 ERA, but he took a step back with increased exposure last year. He still has potential, but he has little chance of closing with the Rays' acquisition of Rafael Soriano. Leave him for AL-only leagues as a middle reliever or setup man at this point.
