| (5/15/09) Pirates OF Craig Monroe had two hits, including his second double, and one RBI in three at-bats during Friday's game against the Rockies. Monroe drove in his team's only run with a RBI single in the sixth. He also walked while raising his average from .216 to .250. |

Ross, Braves drop Bucs in 15th, Cox bags 2,000th win with Atlanta
David Ross' bases-loaded infield single in the 15th inning drove in Jeff Francoeur to give the Braves a 7-6 win over the Pirates and Bobby Cox his 2,000th victory as Atlanta's manager on Monday.
