Fantasy Analysis
Penny made just one start for the Softbank Hawks of the Pacific League before his release. In fact, manager Bruce Bochy said Penny could even close on days Santiago Casilla is unavailable. They could use some help there, however if he is just pitching in middle relief, he would have very little Fantasy value. (Updated 05/19/2012).
