Cueto is the model third-year starting pitcher breakout. He has shown flashes of brilliance and been a hot commodity in Fantasy from time to time, but the right-hander, 24 this spring, has yet to put everything together for one season. Our bet is it happens this year. We project career bests across the board and he will still get picked after the top 50 Fantasy starting pitchers are off the board on Draft Day.
