| (8/22/09) The New York Mets are adding depth their bullpen by recalling left-hander Pat Misch from Triple-A Buffalo. The Mets announced the move Saturday before taking on the Phillies. New York pressed Tim Redding into the starting assignment after Livan Hernandez was released this week to make room for returning reliever Billy Wagner. To make room on the roster, the Mets designated infielder Andy Green for assignment. |
