(5/17/13) Twins pitcher Rich Harden threw batting practice this week and felt discomfort in his shoulder, assistant general manager Rob Antony told MLB.com Friday.
Harden, who is recovering from right shoulder surgery, was expected to ramp up his activity. Instead, the Twins are expected to take a more cautious approach with the 31-year-old.

(4/21/13) Twins pitcher Rich Harden is slated to throw batting practice at the club's spring training home in Fort Myers, FL on Tuesday, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Harden is rehabilitating from a shoulder injury. His contract calls for the Twins to either call him up by July 31 or make him a free agent.

(4/9/13) Twins pitcher Rich Harden, who is recovering from offseason shoulder surgery, is expected to throw a live batting practice Saturday, according to The Star Tribune.
Harden may be called up by the Twins once he completes his rehab. The 31-year-old has not pitched in the majors since 2011. He went 4-4 with a 5.12 ERA and 1.42 WHIP in 15 starts for the A's that year.
