Webb tosses off flat ground : According to ESPN.com, pitcher Brandon Webb has pitched off flat ground and is pain free. His agent Jonathan Maurer said Webb will throw for scouts at some point this offseason. Webb had his second rotator cuff surgery in three years in August. (Updated 02/16/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
The Rangers signed Webb to a one-year deal last year, but Webb never made it back from the shoulder injury that has kept him out since the 2009 season. Chances are Webb won't be the same pitcher he once was and might have to become a reliever if he wants to get back into the majors.
