Parra comfortable with role: Brewers pitcher Manny Parra told MLB.com on Thursday that he's embraced his rebirth as a reliever. Parra, a former starter, is coming off a sprained elbow which cost him all of last season. "My delivery, I'm starting to finally feel happy with it after four years of working on it," Parra said. "That, and the mentality of, 'I'm just coming in for an inning.' It seems to be more natural for me, because I don't think about anything; I just go out and do it." (Updated 03/29/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
Parra made 110 starts for the Brewers from 2007-10, so there is a chance he gets some action in spot starts. More than likely, Parra will be used in long relief. In 2010 when he was switched to a reliever, Parra posted a 2.39 ERA in 26 appearances. "I'm happy with the way I'm throwing, and if it's not enough, it's not enough," Parra said. As long as Parra earns a spot in the 'pen for opening day he'd have minimal value in Fantasy leagues that value true middle men. (Updated 03/29/2012).
