Matsui returns to Japan: 2B Kazuo Matsui reached an agreement to play with the Rakuten Eagles of the Japanese Pacific League on Thursday. Matsui played in the major leagues for seven seasons, most recently with the Astros in 2010. Matsui batted .267 with 615 hits and 102 stolen bases in the majors. (Updated 11/26/2010)
