Bennett signs minor league deal: The Brewers signed former Braves reliever Jeff Bennett to a minor league deal Tuesday. The 29-year-old was released by the Rays' organization earlier in May in order to make room for Hank Blalock on their 40-man roster. Bennett last pitched in the majors in 2008, when he went 3-7 with a 3.70 ERA with the Braves. (Updated 05/25/2010)
